I believe that what Congress plans to do to the 73 AIG executives (taking their bonuses with a Tax Law) is unconstitutional as it is a bill of attainder. We need to be careful in these things. Consider the issues below.

I was just thinking that today, March 17th we celebrate eccentric and clever fellows who trick folks out of their fortunes. They promise people pots of gold, which, sit just out of sight at the end of an alluring rainbow. In Ireland, they call them Leprechauns while in America we call them Liberals.
